Reflection: I think with this quote is trying to say is that you need good people around you at all times. For example, you have friends that are super smart but they smoke. This shows that you should be around them when they’re good but when it’s bad you should get away.

Reflection: I think what this quote is trying to say is that your personality has to be same or better than your intelligence. For example, you are a smart student but always gets in trouble and has a bad personality you are not going to be a good student. 

Health Science Librarian

Duties and Responsibilities: Medical librarians are information specialists who provide assistance in finding medical documents. Clinical trials, medical treatments or procedures, as well as other pertinent information that applies to the medical industry are common documents sought after by these librarians.

Salary: $55,690

Education: You will need a bachelor’s of science degree in Library Science or Health Science. Many medical librarians have a master’s degree in Library Science, which you can also pursue if you have already earned a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Reflection: I wouldn't like to work as a health science librarian because this job doesn't catch my attention. I also don’t like to deal with libraries.

Reflection: When Tyler was in 3^rd grade he got cut off from his basketball team. He was devastated he didn’t give up he keep trying everyday he would practice with his dad. And this quote helped him achieve his goal. And this quote shows how his hard work paid off because he was a byu.

Makeup

I can’t think of a girl who doesn’t like makeup. We all love to apply makeup for one obvious reason; we want to look prettier and presentable. We sometimes like to wear makeup because we find it creative and see it as art not only to look good or impress a guy like most girls do. But there is a chances makeup could sadly affect your skin. Sometimes girls find it easy to wear whatever makeup and don’t realize the quality. Applying cheap products could affect your skin since our skin is really sensitive. If you get affected by make up you might break out. Ways to prevent acne is to always buy good quality of makeup and ALWAYS wash your make up at night don’t sleep with it on. Other than that make up is a girl’s best friend.

Reflection: I wouldn't like to work out of America. I really like America and don’t plan to move to another country. I mean I would like to visit other countries but not live and work over there.

Sports

My opinion about sports is very interesting. I strongly believe that everybody should have a favorite sport unless they play every sport which is good. Sport is not only good for your health but also fun. Sometimes we need to stop using our phones and stop watching TV and instead go out and be active. When you have a favorite sport and you are feeling down, sad, angry, etc. you shouldn't keep thinking negative or feel down, we should go play a sport and get things of your mind. It really helps. For example, when I’m mad or sad I go out and play basketball by myself or soccer and sometimes football when I have a partner to through the ball at. And once I’m playing the sport I forget about everything or if not I think things out.

St. Patrick Day

1.      Who was St. Patrick?

St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, is one of Christianity’s most widely known. But for all his celebrity, his life remains somewhat of a mystery. Many of the stories traditionally associated with St. Patrick, including the famous account of his banishing all the snakes from Ireland, are false, the products of hundreds of years of exaggerated storytelling.

2.      What is the purpose of St. Patrick’s Day?

Every year on March 17, the Irish and the Irish-at-heart across the globe observe St. Patrick’s Day. What began as a religious feast day for the patron saint of Ireland has become an international festival celebrating Irish culture with parades, dancing, special foods and a whole lot of green.

3.      Why is St. Patrick’s Day designated when it is?

This Irish holiday is always celebrated on March 17th, which is the day that Saint Patrick died.

4.      Why a certain color on St. Patrick day?

There is not really a reason why we wear green on St. Patrick day but we wear green because it has a lot of connections to Ireland and springtime.

5.      Other information of interest?

According to legend, St. Patrick used shamrocks, those three-leaf clovers, to explain the Holy Trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit while trying to convert people to Christianity.

Olivet middle school

In Olivet middle school they had a football team that was popular in there school. They also had this kid that has nature problem which was Keith. The football team decided to not just think about themselves but also about their other team mate Keith. In a game they made him hold the football while his other team mates blocked there opponent. He and his team were happy and proud. That day was a day they will never forget. They treat each other as a family. Watching this video made me really happy to see how they were not being selfish and really tries to help Keith make that touch down.

Reflection: Cheating is something nobody should ever do. Some examples of cheating are cheating on homework or test/quizzes. Or in personality for example you lie about who you really are and your just cheating to yourself and the other person. 

Oncologist

Duties and Responsibilities: Physicians who inspect, diagnose, and treat cancerous tumors are known as oncologists. Medical oncologists use chemotherapeutic or medical methods to treat cancer. They may be specialists in the field of medical oncology, gynecological oncology, pediatric oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, or hematology.

Education: Candidates who wish to become oncologists must first obtain their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited 4-year medical school and then undertake specialized training.

Reflection: I would like to work as an oncologist. I think it’s a really good job. I would feel proud to go to work and help them fight this problem.

Reflection: I think what the quote means has a lot of meaning. If you have character then people see you differently then when you don't have character.

Vascular Surgeon

Duties and Responsibilities: Vascular surgery is a surgical specialty focusing the arteries and veins that carry blood through the body. Vascular surgeons perform operations to repair damaged arteries and veins and to remove blockages from arteries and veins clogged with plaque or blood clots.

Salary: $357,128

Education: Most vascular surgeons start by earning a bachelor's degree in a science-related field such as physics, biology or chemistry. They then take the United States Medical Licensing Examination. At the end of a fellowship, candidates must pass a final examination from the American Board of Surgery to receive official certification as vascular surgeons.

Reflection: I think I would work as a vascular surgeon. I think it’s a hard job but it seems cool to work as that. 

Mitch Mckee

Mitch McKee was a freshman that was in wrestling. His dad had cancer and Mitch wanted to make his dad proud by winning a championship before he could pass away. Mitch would wake up at 6 am to lift up weights and practice every day to win. And when it was the day he won and his dad was super proud of his son. Mitch says that day will always be memorable and never forgotten.

Reflection: I think what Benjamin is trying to say is that we should not only focus on the outside because what really matters in the inside. For example being pretty and having a ugly personality is not right. To have a right heart you need to be nice and help others.

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains and improve individual and community health by assisting individuals and communities to adopt healthy behaviors. They focus on promoting good health and preventing disease, but they must also deal with social, behavioral, legal, and economic issues.

Education: they must earn at least a Master's degree or higher.

Reflection: I think I would work as a health educator because I get to help people and help them make healthy choices. I also get  to learn from my job and have a health life too.
