died while serving in the U.S. military. Originally known as Decoration Day, it
originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official federal holiday
in 1971.

Many Americans

Reflection: I I’m
truly thankful for all the men and women who died for our country. I honestly
think there really brave for risking their lives just to save others’ lives as
well. I think we will be spending time with our family and our cousin that is
recently joining the military.
